New, but ineffective, tactic by Evan the Pathetic,

Today I woke up to find 9 new messages on my group and two new emails to me.
Evan has switched tactics. He is still trying to get myself and Bradley Hughes to war with each other. I refuse to play.

Evan uses a fake email with the IP of 46.167.245.101
This is somewhere in the Czech Republik and uses something called “Emkei’s Fake Mailer”.
I have sent the same information to Brad Hughes as, I have heard, his yahoo group is also getting inflamatory posts from the same place.

The best way to combat this sad, pathetic excuse of a human being, is to IGNORE the flames – don’t get caught up in it and don’t let Evan direct your emotions;
INVESTIGATE the message and trace it back to pathetic Evan;
BLOCK his IP. Not the email because he will just switch names. The IP cannot be switched.
TRUST your friends and members. If you do this, you will know that THEY are not making that sort of post/email.
SUSPECT that any flaming email is from pathetic Evan and toss it in the squirrel pen. He’s really not worth the trouble he tries to cause.

This should demonstrate to anyone the real nature of Evan’s so called campaign.   If he was really serious he would not even try to engage those he was fighting against.

It’s just a flame war for him and he will attack anyone that is willing to respond.

You wrote this June 29th. I just saw it.We are November 3d here in Cannes. You can see how much I give a shit of what you write about me!….. However, if you are looking for relief, you need to do more than that. You need to explain the world why you are humiliating our women the way you do it, the most pervert way no pornographer ever imagined. You need to explain why you are exploiting this little boy Rex in the cyber space while your legitimate family haven’t see a single dollar from you as a support. You have never mentioned them!.. I will be coming to the Philippines soon, at the latest in a year from now, and that’s when the real war will begin. I fully appreciate that this is all a game for him.   Nothing more!  I don’t even think he is as delusional as others think he is.  I have re-read his message a few times now and I realize that he is fishing.  He wants me to engage.  This is just bait for me to respond to because his other approaches do not work.

The thing is if I could believe that he honestly believed the claims that I am world’s most perverted pornographer even if just delusional beliefs I would endeavor to correct him as I did initially.   The reality is he totally fabricates absolute lies about me therefore he does not have an ounce of credibility and I am not going to respond here to any of his ridiculous allegations.  I love them just the way they are.   So easy for anyone that knows me to know they are total lies and so easy more me to challenge in a court of law when the times comes.

I wrote from my heart on the blog Love of Rex.   I was emotionally devastated by what happened.  As I said on the blog I was there every day of the pregnancy talking to baby Rex during the pregnancy and provided very well for Rex and Ruby after he was born.  The one thing I have always been is a responsible parent and I love all my children.

I would cook food and bring food to Ruby every day until she started putting it in the rubbish bin in front of me.  She became increasingly hostile and irrational.  I later found out why she left the bed room door locked.  Dean Marston was hiding behind the door living at my expense.  He got her addicted to Shabu (Crystal meth) and together they had fun messing with me.  Marston sent Ruby to an attorney to lodge a 50 thousand a month support claim against me yet I was still supporting her at the time.   We settled on 25 thousand a month plus other commitment and I made the first payment.  After which they disappeared with Rex and would not let me see him.  YES I stopped paying support.

Evan takes an interest in the story solely because at the time I was the President of a Rotary club in the Philippines.  He totally disregards my side of the story ignoring all the evidence I have about the criminal activities of Marston and takes the side of Marston.   Why?  because he had been running a Rotary hate site for a few years attacking that most worthy institution as being corrupt.   At first I attempted to respond to his allegations thinking his was misguided but soon found out he had no interest in the truth.

I am not stating anything new above.   In fact this is an important thing to grasp.   I will not give Evan any new information because he will use it and twist it around.

So let me just say this.

He knows nothing over my relationship with my wife and my children in Australia.

He knows nothing of my support arrangements for my family in Australia.

Evan finishes removing all pretenses of extending an olive branch and declares “this war will be limited to the internet”   He avoids direct threats but implied threats such as “To your bad luck lol!”  meaning he is coming to the Philippines to get me.

I have had an opportunity to communicate now with a lot of victims of Even and the response of most of his them is to feel angry and deeply hurt by his lies. While this response is natural it is exactly the response that Evan wants and at the same time it does not serve any purpose to the victim to feel this way.  

I have long since reframed my feelings about Evan to that of being amused by his pathetic attacks which all my friends and associates know to be totally false.   He has accused me of such heinous things that one cannot but laugh.  I hope the following will help other victims to reframe their feeling also.  He really is so pathetic and sad and not worthy of our anger.

Firstly you need to understand what motivates a guy like Evan Iliadis and how his Internet Stalking life began.

Evan started his internet stalking more than five years ago when he was a member of the Rotary club of Tagbilaran in the Philippines and was caught misappropriating supplies destined to feed hungry children. 

This is literary taking found out of the mouths of babies.  A despicable act and when faced the possibility of public exposure he quickly launched a campaign again the most worthy Village Aid Program (VAP) charity and it members with false allegations that they were corrupt.   What he did not understand is that both Rotary and VAP would have let him quietly resign not wanting bad publicity.

Evan was also engaged in other fraudulent business activities on the Island of Bohol and after borrowing money quickly escaped to France where he currently lives.   Living in the Philippines was yet another failure for Evan who has never been able to hold down a real job in his life.   

Back in France he launched into the most virulent personal attacks on individuals with VAP and the Rotary club of Tagbilaran which he was a member. At some point he discovered that he really enjoyed publishing his anti-Rotary anti-VAP hate site and engaging in flame wars with others.  For this pathetic lonely old man dying of Hep C it soon became is only Raison D’etre.

Evan has been a total failure all his life and without real friends and without purpose he suddenly discovered the power to indiscriminately lash out at the world and express his deep frustration with life.  Just read his blog (not an easy thing to do) and you quickly get a sense of the deep anger and frustration of this sad person.  You can then catch glimpse of the real Evan you can’t real feel angry with him.  He is so pathetic you can only pity him.

I actually ignored his sites for a long time leaving his accusations unchallenged. I have refused to play his game and will no longer respond online to anything he publishes.  I have however recently become active in countering his internet presence and asserting my own presence.  I am working with others and together we are exposing the real Evan Iliadis.  We have only just started!

Evan is Greek, whom adopted France as his country after “serving” in the French Foreign Legion.  The story is that he was an assistant cook and had to leave after being diagnosed with Hepatitis C which rumor has it he contracted from a homosexual relationship with a fellow worker.   He lived in the Philippines for a brief period joining the Rotary club but was caught stealing supplies destined to feed hungry children.  He also had a furniture business where is sold imitation mahogany as the real thing and there were an increasing number of disgruntled customers demanding refunds.  Before fleeing the country he borrowed money from a number of sources which to this day he has made no effort to repay.

Justin Arledge

Justin is a bi-polar alcoholic. He fled the Philippines after being implicated in the murder of the son of a businessman in Butuan.  He admits he repeatedly visited the “local house of child prostitution” to find the shabu addicted cousin of his wife.  Why his public declaration that he went to such a place?  Because he was a known abuser of underage prostitutes in Butuan and this was his pathetic attempt to cover his tracks when so many there know about his activities.   Now he joins the “moral crusade” of Evan but has he ever attempted to expose this “local house of child prostitution” on the internet?  Did he report it to the Mayor? PNP? DSWD (child services)?    No because he would have to report himself.   Now, he can no longer abuse underage prostitutes he like Evan is resentful of not being able to return to the Philippines so  vents his anger and frustration at the world via the internet.

If these are the three on the mission to clean up the Philippines of undesirables then God help us!

We narrowed down to three legal practices in south of France one in Montpellier and two in Marseille. The concept of ‘no win no fee’ is being seriously looked at. Under French law Evan Iliadis is required to prove every claim he makes to the satisfaction of French law whose jurisdiction he comes under. Complainants have nothing to prove, they just file the complaint, the author has to stand their ground with proof. Once confirmed that the ‘no win no fee’ is accepted and the on going investigation into assets owned in France by Evan Iliadis are confirmed the next stage is to serve formal papers. Attachment of earnings orders on his meager income stream is a possibility and may also be explored. An interesting twist from one of the legal advisers is that they also believe that Evan Iliadis may be criminally liable for human right infringements by using pictures of children in his blog and that such items, already cached and copied will in their view hold great weight with the hearing of the case.
