French Libel and slander laws

We narrowed down to three legal practices in south of France one in Montpellier and two in Marseille. The concept of ‘no win no fee’ is being seriously looked at. Under French law Evan Iliadis is required to prove every claim he makes to the satisfaction of French law whose jurisdiction he comes under. Complainants have nothing to prove, they just file the complaint, the author has to stand their ground with proof. Once confirmed that the ‘no win no fee’ is accepted and the on going investigation into assets owned in France by Evan Iliadis are confirmed the next stage is to serve formal papers. Attachment of earnings orders on his meager income stream is a possibility and may also be explored. An interesting twist from one of the legal advisers is that they also believe that Evan Iliadis may be criminally liable for human right infringements by using pictures of children in his blog and that such items, already cached and copied will in their view hold great weight with the hearing of the case.

The cat is out of the bag it is true I do not have a pot to piss in . My very few assets are near worthless so any legal actions against me will fail I am worth nothing, I am worthless!!
I live off the state and the shortfalls in income I have are covered by my wife who has spent her years with me supporting my inability to earn an income for my family.
The costs of my medication are fully covered by the state and spend my time at home on the computer as I am not able to get out as much as I used to.
My recent excursion was also at the cost of the State as the hospital I spent some weeks in needed to run a whole series of new tests in the hope my medication may not have to be increased too much. The diet I am on is because of the many allergic reactions I have experienced from Interferon for Hepatitis . I have lost nearly 20kg because of this wretched disease why oh why did I not use condoms with those baklas!!
THAT rates very low on my “who gives a f***” meter.
Sympathy? You’re looking for sympathy? You can find it between sh*t and syphilis in the dictionary.
Go back, revamp your blog site. State some truths on it. Git rid of all the lies. Maybe, just maybe then, your pathetic attempt at sympathy may generate some support. You can start with apologizing to your buddy, Bradley Hughes.
