I met Evan a few times in Bohol. He was always full of his own self importance and stories about how he was a war hero and a hundred other things I cannot even remember. My impression was that he lived in a fantasy world and frankly I had no time for him. I know some people he ripped off selling fake furniture as real mahogany. The guy is not only delusional but a crook. Good luck to you guys in exposing him.
